Frontier real suspension lift

Where can I go to find a:
1.) good, true suspension lift for a 2001 crew cab Frontier? and 2.) How about a good decent bumper? I'm having the hardest time finding/sourcing online retailers or fabricators that are specific for this model.

My brother owns it and wants to be put 33 inch tires under it and I think a lift is required but he wants the tires and the lfit to actually be able to articulate and take him places. Any help would be great.

On average how much would a body lift be compared to a suspension lift! Say around 3-5"

Is it realy expensive to have a suspension lift on a navara / frontier? Thanks
