Front Cab Mounts

Looking for a source for a pair of front cab mounts on my 1977 45 LPB. They are the same as the front cab mounts on a 40 I know, but is everybody just buying the complete bodymount kit for the 40's just to get the 2 fronts for a 45 or is there somewhere I haven't found, that sells the front cab mounts seperatley? I have the rear cab mounts from energy suspension. I'm open to suggestions.
