I have a '72 f motor/boat anchor that came out of my 55 that needs to go bye-bye. It did run but was in the process of loosing a rod bearing. Crank has been welded on once before already andd is mildly boogered up currently. Yes, motor is apart. Not quite sure which head isa on it but JimC said it was the less desirable year. Jim, do you remember?? I'll check casting date. New oil pump with it, less than 100 miles. Just come get it. Located just outside of Granville, Oh, 43023. Will not even think about shipping, so don't ask.

IIRC, the head was a late 72. It had the casting for internal 1.5F oiling, but was not actually drilled for it.
And after looking at the 2 latemodel 2F heads, I am gonna see about getting the 83 head (my old DD) weld repaired.
The 87 2/3F head had to go on the scrap pile. Californika called, they want their visible from outer space fault line back.

Thanks Jim. I will give this thing a little while and if no takers, I'll bring it down and add to the scrap pile/beer fund.
