I chickened out. I withdrew the $2500 price.
Washed it and when I started to vacuum the back the wife got all misty eyed over the several years of Christmas needles I was getting up.
When the pooch jumped in that was IT!
Old Big is staying put at least through this winter.
Heck I may stick some new 33x10.5s on it now.
It has 31s on now but they are more than 10 years old. Still have great tread but I want a bit more rubber under it

I'll never forget that first GSMTR in a 60. We had been banging and sweating in the 40 for a couple of days
when a nice couple from NY offered us a ride in their 60. A/C...oh my!
We bought the 60 that next year before another GSMTR. Lynn would drive the 60 and I'd drive the 40.
Never really wheeled the 60.
I call it the light armored personnel carrier.
Tuned it a bit Sunday. Plugs and tweeked the 38DGAS. Varooom!
It was always my favorite snow truck. The 40's lockers could be a bit scary on the white stuff.
Run this beast in a ditch and it's just fun and no large capital waste if it quit tomorrow.
Everybody needs a beater.
How true , how true, and I am so glad this one got kept right where it is. Some body ought to buy that dog a treat. LOL
