What’s best way to seat the drivers window into window sash? Big thanks to @Pigeaten for new window mechanism to help get the drivers window functional.

Short search online revealed some possible options to replace but is it possible to seat glass in the current rubber in stash if cleaned up?

I guess other option is buy new or try and remove current rubber. Clean it up and place on glass then work it in channel, either way it’s something I’ve never done.

Turns out the BFG mud terrains Chris had on pig are 12 years old. They will work perfect for rollers on the 40 for now.

Wife and I cleaning everything out of shop today. Looking at options for the pig body wise so I showed her some areas of “serious” concern under the pig. Hell after that she was on a mission and wouldn’t come out from under it!

Just catching up on this awesome thread. Agree with others' advice, drive it and enjoy it at least until you get the other pig home and moving. Only other advice I can offer is to sell/give away the carpet kit.

Unfortunately the pig with its rusted top has to spend tonight outside. Of course rain coming.
Wife and I tarped it so we can protect her.

Bob, here’s what the 40 looked like with new 15” steelies and Chris’s old BFG mud terrains. Have to push 40 out tomorrow so floor can get the new coating. Bought car cover to put on it. This is one time I hope the rain is only light.

I’m can hardly feed myself after this build!!! Kim would be ecstatic if I spent all my time there.
