This is the cap I’m running now. Is that a one way, in-going valve there?you SHOULD have a valve in the cap though that lets air enter as fuel is used but not escape.

Looks like it. I think your only potential issue is with filling the tank. This is the cap I’m running now. Is that a one way, in-going valve there?

Got ahold of the manufacturer. Says it’ll be a couple weeks before he can get to it.Looks like it. I think your only potential issue is with filling the tank.
Doomer, I was just looking through your thread this morning and saw where you added the two bulkheads on the top of the tank when you guys had to do all that other work. I’m looking to follow suit. Have to measure and see what kind of clearance there is between the tank and tub.I have 2 overflow lines going to the top of the tank. I originally had them level with the inlet on the tank but when I got to half full they became useless. I also have a vent line coming out of the pump assembly. That does not vent fast enough on it's own.
Rush, are you still using that temporary carport? Did the fabric last at all in the AZ sun? I was thinking about getting one.
I have the 2 overflows and 1 3/8" vent coming out of the GM fuel pump. I have not had any pressure problems or fill up issues. How many vents in total are on your tank?
Ooohhhh @RUSH55 on a roll. Good job Buddy

Must be another one of those minute changes that happened over the years because mine doesn’t have those supports. There are two( I think ) baffles running down the fender, sandwiched between the inner and outer fender walls.
