Part of my exhaust fell off the other day in the Puerco. There was always alot of fumes that made their way into the cab. Especially with the window down, like it sucked the air through from the back. When it fell off, it got 10 times worse. So I bought a Flow Master muffler and replaced everything from the muffler back and no more fumes (besides some hot metal smells from new pipes). Sounds great! Has a nice grumble at idle, and under a load it sounds kinda like a diesel with an opened up exhaust. Very happy with our work, all mig welded except for the mating of the old pipe to the muffler.
