FJ80 Damaged by the Hurricane

Picked up this 1991 FJ80 a week after Hurricane Katrina. Had a tree on top of it when I first saw it. The engine as rebuilt right before, it runs fine.

I can't decide what I want to do with it.

1. Find an FJ80 with a blown engine and swap it out.
2. Put the engine in an FJ40 that someone gave me that was underwater.
3. Make it into a trail rig

or

4. Part it out.

Any Ideas?
