That's what I thought although I thought ebay did a better job keeping scammers out. Plus they actually went through the trouble to list the vin and provide a history report. History report shows the vehicle is in CA though. I guess it is a scam.
Perfect candidate for a sawzall fender mod, 38" Super Swampers and an exo.
