Thats a very RARE optional set up u have there , including the bracket & everything to mount it

wow

I didn’t know it’s that rare, Matt. Why’s that?

Not all 60's have a Throttle Cable Bracket pre-installed from the factory , I had to purchase one new at the dealer back in 2001 when i bought

my 1st 60 series , along with the throttle cable too , Both are Now Dealer Discontinued

i remember having to buy the large back side dash HEX retainer Nut separate also , with the cut out portion of metal ,

iF look closely , all it is is a Pinion Flange Retainer Nut from the Rear or Front axle , that Toyota cut one of the 6 Hex's away so it can clear the

control cable for install & removal ...........

where did the Peddle go ?

Nice one! Pedal is there. It’s a compete set up. I’d be happy to include it in the deal for a fair price.

What would I need to do to install it in my 84 Fj60? Do I need to drill a hole in my dash and if so, where is the factory location for it? Also, what would this allow me to differently from my carb choke?

There should be an allocated spot for this in your dash. Maybe you just need to remove the plug etc.
Carb choke would be changing fuel/air proportion (a detailed thread exists in MUD) whereas the hand throttle acts like a cruise control.
