FJ60 bumper build

Hello all, I figured I would put up some pictures as I go along on my rear bumper build. It is going to have a tire swing out and an integrated hitch. I cut out the factory rear cross member and put in a 2.5in cross bar to attach my hitch to. I am going to bolt the bumper on using 6 bolts per side where factory rivets were before.

Wow, nice work! Welds look good, and the design is clean.

I have been able to get quite a bit done the last few nights. hitch is installed and one end plate is put on.

the bumper is all done now, and is getting powder coated.

the ends are boxed in for strength
