Can someone with a non shackle reversal 40 give me the measurement between the "fixed" spring hangers front to rear? Mine is a 1977 so I'm not sure if there is any wheelbase differences from year to year. Thank you.

My educated guess is 50.6".
Using this (http://www.ih8mud.com/tech/framedims/cruiser_frame.pdf), I took 90" - 19.7" - 19.7" = 50.6" (which is roughly 50 19/32")
