Does your kit sleeve the inside of the frame rail, John P told me that sometimes you can pinch that rail and have box problems, Thanks

this kit does not, but it can easily be modified to do so.

i'm also working on a modified version of this kit, i'll probably call it the HD kit. it will include frame sleeves and 2 more plates to be welded to the outside of the frame rails for additional re-enforcement. this would be a good idea for anybody running 35s or bigger tires.

they're both 1/4". that's the thickness we've used before and it worked out well.

good news, bad news.

bad news first. the shipping date for the plates has been delayed by another week. i will be flying out tomorrow morning first thing and won't be home for a week and since i don't have the spacers yet, i can't ship the plates till i get back.
