@PabloCruise it's been a couple months, what's the latest on this project? The fit was pretty good!
We had a few changes which I believe are now locked in.
Flanges (laser-cut flanges) should be arriving this week.
We are getting close!!!
September update?
Thanks for asking y’all, there’s been some delays, bot materials and labor that have hit.@PabloCruise it's been a couple months, what's the latest on this project?

What about the F155 (F1.5)?If you still have the F135, it will not work.
Only the 1974 F155 is the "F1.5". Most headers that fit a 2F will fit the 1F's.What about the F155 (F1.5)?
I am running a 3FE manifold on my '74 1.5F so seems like a 2F header ought to work.What about the F155 (F1.5)?
Hi @PabloCruise,
I would like to look at getting a set of the stainless "Downy-Mark's Offroad" headers from you when they are ready. I have a FJ40 I am having completed with a 2F (higher-output engine) from Yota1. It will have a Redline-Holley Sniper Kit and a Dakota Dash and a new H55F 5-speed and split-case. The with the stainless headers will be a perfect match with the 2.5" stainless exhaust I am planning. I'll post pictures to the IH8Mud group when finished, since I have resourced many of the ideas from here.

Quality work. Please explain the parts used, source, and the plumbing flow of your FJ80 brake master cylinder install. I have a new non ABS FJ80 brake master cylinder waiting in the wings for its install and see that you've gone in a different direction than I had planned. I currently have a proportioning valve for the rear brakes. Is that what the braided line attaches to on your pic?Hi @PabloCruise,

Got it. My rdb currently is on the stock two system '77 40 master with the adjustable prop valve on the left side. Sorry, no pics on it. I will be installing the '80 master very similar to below pic. I have the mastercool flaring tool along with a few line bending tools and will make up any new lines I need.@Blue77FJ40, I purchased the setup from Redline Cruisers, it is a 80 series unit. I needed the bigger setup and valve for my full front and rear disc brake conversion. I had drums all the way around and now it stops and slows perfectly. The tubing is horrible, I purchased it from SOR (Specter Off-road) in a kit. Nothing fit and the ferrels leak. I need to redo them but thanks for the compliment.

I for one would be very interested in a complete exhaust kit. Looking forward to future updates. Keep up the great work fellas.I just re-read this. If you are in need of an exhaust system, we are also working on a 2.5" exhaust, from header to tailpipe, also in stainless.
This would include muffler and fixtures to attach to factory hangers.
We have exactly one header installed and "out in the wild". As part of this install we opted to put a new exhaust on the test mule. We thought about this a little and wondered if there would be any demand for exhaust.
I realize at this point that all anyone wants to see is pictures. I am in contact with the owner of the test 40 to see how the system is functioning and see if they would be willing to share their impressions so far.
Thanks for the encouraging words.I for one would be very interested in a complete exhaust kit. Looking forward to future updates. Keep up the great work fellas.
