FJ40 in Ankeny

I have a friend that's dad has an FJ40 for sale. Not sure on the year, but Casey and I have gone to look at it this past winter and it's in decent shape for a FJ40 in Iowa (It's actually a California FJ)... I'm going to try to go up there this weekend and snap some pics. If anyone is interested, please PM me.

The engine is taken apart and it's missing two pistons.

Yeah, he was working on a rebuild. I haven't opened the hood, so I don't know much more than what I've been told by him.

My 60 was a project truck... this would require some serious love.
