I've got ALL the parts to convert a drum-brake cruiser to front discs. All the parts came from a 60 series cruiser:
Inner and outer axle shafts
Knuckles
Backing Plates
Rotors
Calipers
Pads (but you should probably get new ones)
Aisin locking hubs (they are disassembled but complete)
All the internal birfield and knuckle pieces.
A complete seal kit with bearings
All hardware
Everything is in good but dirty condition. I'll get pics.
All the parts are used. The only new parts are the seal / bearing kit.
One-stop shopping, no need to source parts from all over.
I'm asking $1200 OBO.
