FJ TRD Tire sizes???

I just Bought an 08 FJ with the TRD Trail Teams package. I have had it for several months and the tires look small for the fender gap. Can I put a bigger tire with the TRD Factory lift or do I need an after market lift...It just seems like there is plenty of clearance and thought maybe someone would know???

The stock tires are 265/16's (31.5" ish). You could theoretically fit some 285's (32.6" ish) in there with no or minor rubbing.

P.S. You do not have "factory lift". The TRD only comes with different shocks, but same height as the normal 4x4.

It also depends on what you mean by "fit" if you were strictly just driving on road then you wouldn't really have any problems but as soon as you got off road and put shocks under some compression with the wheels locked to one side you will have rubbing unless you trim up, or put on a lift...
