Does anyone know how hard it is to install the factory FJ roof rack. Also,what specific tools are needed.

A quick search here in the FJCruiser section using keywords "Rack Install" turned up this document that has complete installation instructions. The instuctions contain a list of tools and it looks like a 1/2 
job.
