FJ 80 Motor mount to an '88 FJ62 tranny, etc?

I need a new motor for my '88 FJ62.
I found a motor out of '92 FJ80.

Will it work the stock tranny from my FJ62??

Well, I do know that those 3FEs are the same, but the bellhousings may be different...wait for somebody more knowledgeable...
