FJ-62 FWD solonoid options?

Hey ho,
Just wondering if anyone knew of alternative replacements for the stock FJ-62 Solonoids. I lost another one the other weekend up hunting. The stock used ones are hard to find and expensive and new from Toyota are insane for what you get.....$300+ !
I remember seeing something somewhere but I can't find it, and I'm too stubborn to check the LCML archives.

four runner uses simular ones... i pulled them from a junkyard for like 10 bucks.... the plugs for the wire harness were the same too....works fine!!
