Fj 43 restoration recomendations

Hi guys, i just bought a 81 fj43 with only 116000km. The car works perfectly except for small problem with the brakes ( it does not brake) and the wheel bearings, but its easy stuff. The real big problem is the body and the elctrics. Right now im taking off the paint and i find lots of rust everywhere. Any idea would be very helpful

I have to add that it had a very bad bodywork before i bought it, some partes where welded whit electric welder

Is the tub bowed outward at the rear or is it just the picture?

i just got the back right side new from a local manufacturer and the chasis painted, but i just began studying again so the project will slow down.

Good luck. I hope you are in it for the long run! A 43 like that, I would restore to the best of my abilities or budget. You will have many years of enjoyment if you do it right!
