Fixed rear window replacement

Greetings,

I'll be ordering a new FJ in the coming weeks and would like to know if anyone has located an aftermarket supplier that offers a kit to convert the fixed panes in the suicide doors to a latching tip-out style. The dog would appreciate an opening window in back.
