For two years my LC has leaked if I filled it up completely with fuel. I suspected mutiple scenerios, but could not pin point the leak. Then I started to get a fuel smell inside the cab, at pretty much any level. Long story short, the charcoal canister was plugged. Low pressure (43 psi) compressed air through the inlet valve, blocking the lower tube, cleared the blockage, allowing the fuel vapors to flow normally. No fuel leak, no odor.
