Ok , so I took a tree root through the side of my 41 inch IROK .I took it to a shop on dixon to get it vulcanized . They told me not going to happen . I took it to a couple other places and they said no . So now I am sitting with a 400 daller tire that has 90% tread that I can not even use as a friggin spare . I realize even if it did get it fixed I prolly should use it as a spare . Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know if Scott got back to you, but I am pretty sure he took his to a place in Fort Dodge or the place that did it locally sent it up there. Eastern Iowa Tire might have been the place.
OK, the gal that I talked to at first said that they couldn't fix sidewalls, but she called over a gentleman that actually knew something. I told him that this was a dedicated off-road tire - I think they were queasy about DOT regulations for on-highway use. He said that he had a guy that could probably fix it, but he only worked Monday-Thursday. His name is Orlando, and the guy said that he has seen him fix some pretty crazy tire damage in the past. He wanted me to stop by with the tire and let Orlando have a look. Of course, that is not very convenient........
You might be able to give them a call and see if you can email them a photo so they can have a look. If not, email me a photo and I can stop by Monday. Hope that helps out some.
I stopped by Hilltop Tire on Hubbel ave and they said they could fix it for me . Funny thing is they are the sister company to CFI who told me no . I think it is because my tire is a radial . CFI only works on bias ply .
