I was doing all the normal underhood stuff & when I got to washer fluid, I noticed with the neck full the bottle has a void you can’t fill -

— so in normal “eff it, let’s see what I break” - I shoved the cordless drill down the neck & drilled toward the radiator with a unibit, got a ~3/8” hole in.

Turns out it was a airlocked chamber (IDK why) - and all the chips float in that orange juice I use, so I intentionally overfilled it to flush the chips out.

I got an extree ~1.5” out of that jug with the area able to fill now. :meh:
 
Nice! You could probably heat up a big screwdriver or big drill bit with a propane torch and melt a hole through it!

Yep - had the same thought just as I walked in the house / had all my crap put away.

I’m thick on blowtorches too, charcoal grill I always light w/o fluid.
