My wheel was in terrible shape and I've been using a cheap cover for 3-4 years at this point. Its not perfect, but I plan to restitch one section once it stretches a bit more. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product.

My specific flavor of Autism added a bit of time, but I'd say about 4 hours total. Very doable in 2.5, I'd say.Looks pretty good. How long did it take you?
no need to remove the old leather per the website and instructions.Did you remove the old leather? I’m about to do this next weekend, any advice is appreciated! Amazon had these on sale for $35 a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t pass it up.
Mine too, which is where the extra time came in. That, and trying to tuck the edges on the back side of the wheel.Looks good! Mine looks similar, it's a good product. However, my leather comes up a little short where the arms meet the center. It's only noticeable on the back side, so it's not terrible. Maybe I pulled the leather too tight on the long sections. I wrapped mine over the old cover, maybe I wasn't supposed to do that?
I had a nice cnc pocket clip that combined with my rotring 600 pocket clip to shred my drivers seat lol. Luckily, they were already dilapidated. new leather soon come.Still happy with mine after ~9 months. IMO it's the most cost-effective way to get a nice wheel without rolling the dice on a eBay knockoff complete wheel that's of questionable quality (consider it's going to hold your airbag, not a risk I'm going to take).
Once piece of advice - if you carry a pocket knife with a clip, put it in your left pocket. I used carry mine in my right pocket until I realized it was causing the mysterious scratches that were appearing on my wheel cover. I was inadvertently scratching the cover with the knife clip when getting out of the rig via the rock sliders. Now it's in my left pocket and I've gotten used to it being there. This was never an issue with the OEM woodgrain wheel.
