February 4 CLCC meeting

The February meeting is when we elect officers.

I do not recall which officers need nominations.

I believe that Jim will continue in the role of Quartermaster.

Les has just taken over the Treasurer position.

We need to fill the following positions:
* TLCA delegate
* VP
* President
* Social Coordinator

What else will be going on @ the meeting? I think I can actually make this meeting! Who else is coming?

I'll be there. We need to get the calander for the year together plus elect officers. Those are the major things. Andrew

Social coordinator is not an 'official' position. neither is TlCA delegate. at a minimum we need

Pres
Vice
Treasurer
Secretary

We also need to discuss dues (making sure people pay), CPR/AED, tech days (which i am interested in helping out with), trips, etc...

To anyone interested in being president, This position DOES NOT mean that you have to do everything. The president's job is to delegate, to rally the troops and get people excited about meetings and attending events, and to be the glue that keeps this club together. It does not necessary entail lots of work.

Even though the TLCA delegate isn't a "core" elected position, we still need a new one. We haven't had a presence on the national level for some time because I can never make the phone conference meetings.
