WOHVA and friends will once again be cleaning up the Pipeline Corridor on September 25th. We will be meeting at 9am at the Flynn's BP on Hwy 32 in Lakewood, WI. We will split up the group and start from there. Remember Fall weather in Wisconsin's Northwoods is unpredictable and dress appropriately. Garbage bags will be provided to volunteers. Lunch will be provided by WOHVA on the Pipeline around Noon. Assistance with removal of trash after the clean up would be appreciated.
WOHVA will once again take to the trails to clean up litter and help ensure a place for OHV recreation in to the future.
9am Meet at Flynn's BP in Lakewood, WI
9:30am, all signed in will split up and leave for each end of the Pipeline in groups.
We will work from each end cleaning up and meet near site 26 (the big wash) and WOHVA will provide burgers, chips and a beverage near lunch time. After lunch we will sort our trash and recyclables as best as possible and also finish any uncovered areas from pre-lunch efforts. At this time we will split up and clean up the bypass areas as well.

in Lakewood is mandatory this year. We must have everyone sign in for the day at a designated address before the work starts. This is to validate not only the insurance WOHVA carries for such events but it also serves to maintain our agreement with the National Forest Service. Those not signed in will not be covered by insurance and also will have have their volunteer hours counted towards matching labor time for any grant money we may receive later this year. This part of the schedule can not be compromised.
The after lunch activities should wrap up quickly. After the clean up is finished members and participants will be free to enjoy the rest of their day on the pipeline.
VOLUNTEERS ROCK! With an organized effort we can complete this task quickly and move on to what everyone really likes. Playing on the trails in our OHV's.
