Just a heads up....my wifes factory subwoofer in our 470 started rattling bad. Pulled it and priced replacement (~$200). Looked a little closer and found that the outer portion next to the foam had pulled loose from the metal housing. I used elmers outdoors wood glue and volia.. sounds as good as new.
