Tom had a shop over there do the sas on his 4runner and he seemed to be happy with them. I would find out who he went through.
 
Nathan at Ken's automive a few blocks before Burger King on the way out of town is a cruiser-owner and a pretty good fab guy..

Kief does the guy you are talking about have a fj40 on 39" tsl's?? I swear it was like kawasaki green or something?? I met a guy on the mcgrew many years ago from the coast who owned his own shop. Just curious if its the same guy.

yup, totally cool guy. He would take up the rear when he came on the trail ride and help any stragglers.
 
What's a straggler?? Are those the guys that come late and drink too much?? :meh:
 
Nathan's the MAN. At Ken's Auto in CC. Not to be confused with Ken's Auto in Brookings. They ar not associated and I wouldn't take a bidycle to the one in Brookings.
Nathan swapped the independant front suspension for a 85 tacoma straight axle having to modify the ARB bumper to accommidate the new leaf springs, custom built the front drive shaft, changed the gearing front and back, installed Detroit lockers in the rear, lifted the rear a little to match the front, and installed the sliders for me and for what I considered a very reasonable price.
