Fab and gear questions

hey guys,
I've lurked around here for a while, I mostly post on TTORA, and do lots of lurking on Pirate. I've got a 96' Tacoma that I'm wanting a rear tube bumper for. I was just curious if anyone knows of any local fabbers that build tube bumpers for decent prices. I'm really liking the Allpro bumper, but I'd rather have it done locally, if I can support a local fab guy instead. Now, for the gear question.... I'm regearing to 4.56's and I'm running 32's(2.7 3RZ 4cyl backed by a rebuilt Marlin W59 5spd). I guess I'm going to go w/ Jackson Powertrain. I've already got my gears and install kits. Does anyone have any personal experience w/ these guys? I talked to Wren last week and he quoted me $175 per differential since I already have the gears and install kits. Does this sound like a good deal? Thanks guys, Wes

Wes, glad to hear from ya!

Yes, Jackson powertrain does good work & has done work on a few of the clubs rigs...you should have good service from them.

As far as the back bumper...few of us have purchased the tubing bender Harbor Freight sells & made sliders & other parts for our rigs. Good price, not anything high tech but afffordable & easy.

Thanks man! As far as the tubing goes, I would need a welder...... Something I don't know how to use, LOL! I work crazy hours(2 jobs), but I'll try and make it to the next meeting. Peace, Wes
