Have a 69 FJ with original F Motor and carb and I need to get the carb adjusted, can anyone recommend someone in the Reno/Sparks area?

I have no idea on that. Hopefully one of the other guys can help with some advice.

Try Martins automotive, he is a great guy that in spite of being a Heep owner knows Toyotas.
