I have parted out my FJ40 7/70 project to purchase baby strollers and car seats and such......

All that is left is a beautiful professionally rebuilt F engine that has never been cranked.

Engine was totally stripped and rebuilt...rods checked, valves and seats ground, cylinders rebored and honed, resurfaced block, resurfaced heads...all new bearings, gaskets, seats, guides, freeze plugs...all that stuff you do when you rebuild an engine.

$3000 includes engine, 2f mounts, alternator, starter, intake manifold, Weber carb, warm fluid riser kit to replace stock exhaust manifold, performance headers and 2 to 1 pipes, muffler, tailpipe w/ bracket, distributer plugs wires.... lots of stuff.

Also have a complete NV4500 Transmission conversion with a newly rebuilt tranny from The Reman Center aka Discount Parts Exchange in Ohio. All coupled to a J30 Transfer case that has been converted to floor shift. All Advanced Adapters with 2f Bellhousing/flywheel. New Centerforce clutch components. This combo gives synchro mesh in all 5 forward and reverse; uber low bulldog when in low 1st plus OD...

This unit can be install in any Toyota truck with an F or 2F engine.
Tranny with conversion kit and xfer case ....$2500

Price on all of the above is $5000...engine,tranny, xfer case...all that.

Hey

I thought I posted a reply, but I guess it didn't go through.

You need this clutch for the conversion because it matches the splines on the transmissions input shaft.

We could omit the 2F flywheel and Bellhousing and cut back $100, plus it will reduce the weight to ship.....grand total $2400

Oh yeah,

Also the tx case has new ebrake parts too, and a new speedo cable is included as well. I am including the pneumatic 4x4 shifter parts that were in working condition when it was converted to floor shift.

Everything has zero miles since rebuild....as if you couldn't tell from the photo.

That is a great question....tranny alone weighs 220 and cost $75 to ship from Ohio to central Kentucky which is not very far..

Do you have an account with any freight companys? Any you prefer? I'll check at work and see who we get a discount with.

I'll guess that this weighs about 250-275... but will work on getting it on a scale
