I created this campers chuck box using a modified Pelican watertight 1650 case to provide heavy duty storage and organization of gear and to serve as a platform for food prep/cooking/dining. By eliminating and substituting various accessories it can be adapted to other field applications. Important gear can be stored and transported to remote locations, base can be quickly set up to provide a stable, elevated work platform for servicing gear, administering medicine, etc.

Thanks.

That looks like a neat product!!

Very Sharp! I use those pelican cases (I have 2 of that exact model) the cases are extemely tough. For island camping where access can be challenging I have no hesitation in throwing those things off the boat and wading or swimming them into shore. Your rig beats the heck out of my jumble of stuff piled haphazardly into the box!! Very nice!!

best,

Rob M
