exhaust system replacement

I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a muffler shop? I have a '97 that the catalytic converters need replacing and instead of just replacing them, I was thinking of rebuilding the entire exhaust system. Right now I am looking at my options from header-back to cat-back replacement. I wouldn't mind doing it myself if I could find a bolt-in kit. Anyhow, if anyone has recommendation(s), I would appreciate it.
