Exhaust flanges for a small car

I'm looking for any place I could buy smaller diameter exhaust flanges.

I can find plenty of 2" or larger, but this is for the stock Saturn exhaust. The rest of the exhaust is in good shape, I just want to weld on a new set of exhaust flanges at the joint behind the cat.

Any suggestions?
