So... During the last ice storm I had a rod knock as a result of climbing an ice mountain in 4 lo. For those wondering it was a rod bearing. Engine only had 140k... Darn shame. We are in the process of switching over a salvage engine (after a HG job just in case). This is a great platform to build from, especially if you want to build while you DD. PM me if interested. As a result if this I will also be selling my orig 96 LC to finance this repair. I had held onto it mostly bc I was suspicious of the oil pressure in this one. Now that I will have a sound platform for certain I think I can part with it sadly. 220k, HG repair, fresh paint. Pm me if interested.
