No Rick I get it, what I am saying is on a FI motor with out any other way of controlling fueling it's a bad thing. At 4000 RPM's it's at 14:1, I would rather a boosted motor be at 10.75:1 than 14:1.
Like I said I think in a NA setup it might be a good change. You might see a little increase in mpg and power, but in an FI setup with no way to tell the computer you need more fuel, extending the time it spends at 14:1 is not really what you want.
