SOOO, My son (17) has a cane field mishap and rolled his 2011 4runner 4WD on its side. Engine locked. looking for options to rebuild or swap engine with core having value. in a pickle, any suggestions?

Just because he laid it over really shouldn't have done any engine damage most likely hydrostat lock pull the spark plugs turnover by hand with a wrench then spray it with the starter clean reinstall Sparkletts should be fine let us know
Definitely not a reason for the engine to lockup, we see guys roll them put them on their side and then drive off. I agree with Paul try his suggestion or get it into the hands of someone/shop you trust.
