Here is what I'm going to do. I'm going to ship everyone who ordered a big cap dizzy a small cap dizzy. Then when I get the correct ones in i'll ship those to you as well. You can keep the small cap.
Will that work for everyone?
The small cap will work just fine in place of the larger cap.
I'm sorry for all the trouble this has caused.
Don't mess with the octane selector. All it does is change the timing. And with our kinds of gas it's just not important these days. You can look at it but don't touch.
As far a functionality the two are the same. Same mechanical advance. Same guts.
Like jawjatek said, if this is $ out of your pocket, I also have a working stock dizzy, and would be glad to either send the small cap one back, or just use the small cap one-I mean really, if they both work the same, then who cares if it's got a big or small cap?
If the supplier sent the wrong ones and is writing off their mistake, then I guess I could use the large cap one for a spare, I'd be glad to pay for shipping, just let me know what is best for you.
Thanks,
Faron
