Electrical question on an 85

My 85 hunting wagon has a new problem. The charge light on the dash is coming on and off and on the passenger side kick panel there is a buzzing noise coming from the charge lamp relay. I checked the batt and the alternator and they are all good and showing a charge. I also have a dim brake light on in the dash.
What is going on with my electrial system?

Maybe the relay is going out...

Or there isn't a good ground for the charge lamp relay.

Or even worse, your alternator is about to die...

Check and double check your grounds to the battery. I had this very issue with a Toyota truck and it was a goofy ground.
