Electrical Help Needed

I'm willing to pay someone that knows what they are doing to wire my Ftoy. This is beyond my skill level to do this correctly and would offer CASH to someone that can do the following:

Wire from the ECU to my fused buggy panel. I have the correct harness for the engine up to the ECU but after that..I'm lost.

Ignition
Winch
Elockers
Rock Lights
Fan
AC Accessorie
Oil Guage
Water Temp
Tach

My panel is from the 12voltguy and is fused and all that. I'm just lost..

Solved...Thanks for looking. Karl and Jason, had to order the under dash harness from Cal Mini Truck...So looks like the street legal Ftoy is becoming more of a reality.
