Electric trailer brakes

I just bought a trailer and have been looking for a good web site that explains where and how to attach an electric brake controller. I contacted Deep South Trailer and they referred me to this site:

yep, no response on the post yet. I have a 2000 classic Tahoe (99) and I cannot find the connection. Some of the posts say 2003 had the plug....some say 1999 had the plug. I am lost and still can't find the plug.
