I've had really good luck with the ones like what you can buy at autozone and checker.

Carter's are pretty good too, but if you're looking for a rebuildable one I'd suggest hitting the summit website and doing some reading.

The Holley type and it's copies are rebuildable and pretty resistant to crud. The motors are pretty strong and the rotors etc. are pretty tough, but they are hit and miss with long term life and they are noisy as heck.

Flow volume shouldn't be a big concern for you. I think 15-20 gph is all your motor would ever use, and that would give you a little edge, especially if you mount it close to the tank so it pushes, rather than pulls.
