I never buy from this seller, but based on his ratings (positive and negative), I would not hesitate to buy. I pay using Paypal, and pay Paypal using Discover card (any credit card would do, as long as it is not auto-transfer from your bank account). If there is a problem, I am pretty covered. I have bought many parts from eBay, never has problem.

Due to the price, I would ask seller to ship using signature confirmation to make sure only you receive the item.
