eagle rock sunday oct.12

I'll be going to eagle rock this sunday to run one more time before the snow season. looks like chuck is coming too, plus one more 4runner if i can get his 5.29 gearset in saturday night. thought i would post a thread to see if anyone else wanted to come along. times are kinda open, i was thinking meeting at trailhead around 9AM.

I'll be at the trail head at 9am. I talked to Ray and he is planning on coming too.

Luke, Ray and I are planning on going around the back way to get to the trail head so if you want to join us we will be meeting at the grocery store in Divide at 8:00am.

Trip report

Well it turned out that Ray was sick so he didn't make it. We ended up with Luke in his 4 Runner, Justin in his 4 Runner with new 5.29 gears and a rear locker and me in my FJ60. We were cruising with no problems which reduces the photo ops. Here is a couple of pictures from when we stopped so Justin could put his front drive shaft back together. After running Eagle rock we headed up Mount Baldy. The weather was cool and windy.

lol. i already fixed my front shaft.......for the third time, i think i got it long enough now.
