Kevin told me that, he and some others from the Rising Suns are planning to meet us at the Safeway on the corner of S. Nevada and Cheyenne Road at 8:30. So I'm planning to get their between 8-8:30.

If I get to that end of town early enough, I'll try to go past the other location at Starr Ranch road, just before 8 to see if anyone is there.

How did it go? I was so looking forward to it but decided to stay home be responsible and as an added bonus fight with the wife all day. Three strikes I guess....

It went well overall.

I am still having some carb troubles, so I made it as far as the trailhead, where it got parked. I think this was a blessing in disguise as my back is still giving me fits. I would have been much more uncomfortable if I had to be driving and looking over my shoulder, or over the door all day. I didn't take a single picture all day which is unusual.

Wayne was having carb troubles later in the day, killed is mechanical fuel pump, swapped in an electric pump, and had more carb troubles.

Not a steller showing for the FJ60 folks.

It was a really fun trail. A nice mix of challenging without being too hard.

I am really, really impressed by Ben's piloting skills in the 100 series. Really good driving on his part. Good to meet you Ben.

That sucks Kevin! missed ya bud!

good Day Indeed.. i only got a couple of photos, too busy driving and wrenching.. lol

We had 2 40's, 2 60's, an 80, a 100, and a Taco..

I am still Jonesin big time! :crybaby: It seems like the harder I work the further behind I get! :frown: Anyway please post up some kind of trip report with pix so I can be there virtually! I would like a rain check please! ;)
