I have some of this stuff left over from painting my M101CDN trailer, both sandable primer and gloss black.

The wife has a Nissan 350Z with some very cheap plastic (I assume) door handle inserts that have become scratched badly over the years. Nissan wants $75 each for replacements! That's the discounted price from $100 MSRP.

The Duplicolor cans say for metal, wood and fiberglass.

Can I assume that with a good sanding and wipe down to clean the surface that this Duplicolor will adhere to what I assume is just a plastic piece?

I'd think it would and there's nothing lost in my trying as the :flamingo: wants them replaced if the rattle can doesn't work out. I'd rather spend a little of my time to refurb these than giving Nissan $150 for the two pieces.

Dont know about the duplicolor...but I have painted plastic (PVC) with the Krylon Fusion paint, and it sticks very well.
