Driveshaft Clunk Long Term Issues?

Hi All,

I have the well known 'Driveshaft Clunk'. I don't mind it being my GX has 228,000 miles.

However, I'm wondering if I don't get it fixed, will it lead to more issues later on? Or is it more of an annoyance that people don't want to put up with?

I think it is more of an annoyance. You can grease the heck out of it to reduce the clunk, but until the driveshaft is replaced, it will clunk. I grease mine every oil change.
