Driver side leak on floor board HELP

On the driver side of my 96 4Runner. I have a small leak right up against the thresh hold. It appear the gasket around the door is dmg on the bottom is torn. Does any have instructions on how to remove and replace the gasket. that goes around the inside of the door.

I went to the link at the top of the 95+ gen section on Factory Manuals and found the 96 Tacoma one.
I downloaded this and unzipped it into a pdf file.
On page 1554 of 1634 it has the front door components and disassembly procedure which I am going to assume will work for a 96 4runner.
This is the manual I have been using to work on stuff for my 96 4runner.
